We do not issue refunds.
We will return an item if any of the following conditions apply (The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, but if our error is discovered, we will refund the shipping costs.)
1. If there is an obvious abnormality inside the product in its unopened state.
2. If there is a video of the product being opened and the bottle is damaged or defective.
3. Within one week of purchase.
4. there is proof of the store where the product was purchased (e.g. receipt).
1. send an e-mail to our company stating that you wish to return the product. At the same time, attach a video of the product being opened.
2. Send the product to our office by JNE or other means.
If we find any defects, we will send you a new product.
